On the day of your shoot, you’ll be pampered with professional hair and makeup services — right at your hotel for maximum ease. I’ll handle all the logistics so you can simply arrive and enjoy the process. Think: flawless, camera-ready glam that still feels true to you. You’ll also receive a curated client welcome gift, handpicked to match your aesthetic and make you feel extra-special from the moment the day begins.

Once you’re glammed up and glowing, we’ll head to Brandtegic Studios — a modern creative space in located in the city of Bellevue. Here, you’ll step in front of the camera for a high-end, personalized photo session where you’ll be guided every step of the way. You'll receive 30 professionally edited photos that reflect your brand vibe, values, and vision. Every pose, every frame is crafted to showcase you as the confident, radiant queen you are. We'll do a mix of title holder shots, lifestyle images, and professional headshots, all the things you needed to perfectly compliment your website, social media, speaking engagements, press kits, and more. I'll be right beside you during the session — adjusting details, managing energy, and ensuring that what shows up on camera is completely aligned with the brand identity we defined during your prep call. From the lighting to the looks, it's a high-end experience that feels effortless, fun, and empowering.

Lights, camera, impact. After portraits, we’ll transition into filming your personal brand video is your story told with heart and elegance — a compelling, 90-second film that captures who you are, what you stand for, and why your voice matters. Whether you're a beauty queen, advocate, or creative visionary, this video becomes your digital calling card — perfect for your website, pinned to your Instagram, or included in media features. We’ll collaborate on a video script ahead of time, ensuring it’s aligned with your brand tone and goals. On shoot day, we’ll capture both your spoken message and dynamic b-roll — you in action, owning your space, telling your story in a way that feels as polished as it is personal. And of course, I’ll be there behind the scenes: guiding the shot list, styling your shoot, and making sure your message comes through clearly and powerfully. The result? After your shoot, we’ll head to a luxurious lunch or dinner — your choice — where we’ll relax, celebrate, and continue building your brand vision. This is where we’ll finalize any website or social media strategy pieces if you’re also booked for the website package, and make sure every piece of your personal brand fits together like a crown.
